Corrections policy
We want every figure on CasinosPlayed to be right: RTP, volatility, maximum win, release dates and the legal status of gambling in each country. When we get something wrong, we fix it.
How to report an error
Email corrections@casinosplayed.com with the page address and what you believe is wrong. A link to the source (the studio's own game sheet, a regulator's page or an official gazette) helps us check it quickly.
What we do with a report
- We check the claim against the primary source: the studio for game figures, the regulator or the law itself for legal status.
- If the page is wrong, we correct it and the page's "Updated" date changes with the correction.
- If a correction changes the meaning of a review or a law page, we say so on the page.
We do not change scores or wording because a casino or studio asks us to; we change them when the facts change. Questions about this policy: hello@casinosplayed.com.
